Yorkshire Premier Meat was established over twenty years ago as a multi-species processing plant with dedicated production lines, working to the highest standards.

Today, we work in partnership with leading suppliers of prepared meat products in the UK and Ireland, and we supply the UK’s leading supermarkets, food manufacturers, restaurant chains and home meal kit providers. We operate to a short, secure supply chain and the ingredients we deliver to our customers are manufactured to the highest levels of quality and integrity.

Hands-on experience
Our senior management team bring together many years of experience in traditional butchery and meat processing at scale. Currently we employ around 150 full time staff including a highly skilled butchery team. We work together within a positive culture that encourages teamwork and a shared commitment to quality.
